Founded by Sheetal, The Diversity Collective (TDC) is a social cooperative that operates on a fundamental principle: those with lived experience should be at the center of diversity and inclusion work – and they should be fairly compensated for their expertise.
Our Model:
TDC engages community members with relevant lived experience to facilitate bespoke training sessions. This means:
- Facilitators share their authentic stories and expertise
- Training is grounded in real experiences, not just theory
- Community members are remunerated for their lived expertise
- Participants learn directly from those most impacted
- Underrepresented voices and stories are amplified
