Founded by Sheetal, The Diversity Collective (TDC) is a social cooperative that operates on a fundamental principle: those with lived experience should be at the center of diversity and inclusion work – and they should be fairly compensated for their expertise.
Our Model:
TDC engages community members with relevant lived experience to facilitate bespoke training sessions. This means:
Facilitators share their authentic stories and expertise
Training is grounded in real experiences, not just theory
Community members are remunerated for their lived expertise
Participants learn directly from those most impacted
Underrepresented voices and stories are amplified
